Responsible

• Strategy & Planning: Develop product strategies and roadmaps that align with both short-term and long-term business goals.
• Cross-Border Liaison: Serve as a bridge between Thai and Chinese teams; accurately translate business requirements and technical documents among Thai, Chinese, and English.
• Market Analysis: Analyze competitors, local market trends, and consumer behavior to propose new features or products that meet local market demands.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations of key stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, Developers, and Management teams (both in Thailand and China).
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Oversee the product launch process and coordinate with the marketing team to ensure a smooth market entry.
• Performance Monitoring: Track product performance (KPIs), analyze data, and gather customer feedback to drive continuous product improvement.

More qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Product Management.
• Industry Preference: Experience in Tech, E-commerce, IT, or Software, Digital industries is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Proficient in Chinese (HSK Level 5 or higher) and English.
• Methodologies: Understanding of Agile/Scrum working processes.
• Core Skills: Strong Data Analysis skills.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Cultural Fit: High flexibility and adaptability to work within a cross-cultural/multinational environment.
